How and where do I collect my purchased items?
After completing your online purchase, you must collect your items at the designated Duty Free Pick-up Desk at the airport or seaport on your day of departure. Please present your passport and boarding pass to the staff.

What are the duty-free allowance limits?
Duty-free allowances vary by your destination country. We recommend checking the customs regulations of your arrival country regarding limits on alcohol, tobacco, and total purchase value to avoid extra taxes.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Orders can be cancelled online before the 'Preparing for Shipping' stage. For returns due to defects, please contact our customer service center within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused and in original packaging.
